SÜDPACK Office Remodel in Oak Creek
This office remodel Oak Creek project for SÜDPACK showcases clean, modern workspaces delivered by High Quality Contracting, Inc. The photos reveal refreshed conference rooms, glass-lined private offices, a welcoming reception and waiting area, a compact kitchenette, and a coordinated restroom. Neutral finishes, consistent black accents, and crisp detailing tie the spaces together. The result is a professional environment that feels bright, organized, and ready for daily use.
Project Overview
The remodel centers on a series of meeting and work spaces connected by a consistent finish palette. Two conference rooms feature white tables, mesh task chairs, and integrated screen walls—one room includes a wall-mounted display with a camera bar and control panel. Private offices look onto landscaped grounds through broad exterior windows, adding natural light and outdoor views.
Front-of-house areas include a reception with a modern white desk, wall clocks, and the SÜDPACK name displayed behind the workstation, plus a compact waiting nook with guest seating and a magazine rack near the entry. Support spaces round out the project: a kitchenette with dark gray cabinetry and a glass-door beverage cooler, and a restroom with matching casework and a wide, easy-clean counter. Throughout, a suspended ceiling with bright LED panels and discreet diffusers provides even illumination.
Design & Materials: Office remodel Oak Creek
A restrained, professional palette ties the building together: white painted walls, charcoal carpet tile in offices and conference rooms, and light wood–look flooring in reception, the kitchenette, and the restroom. Black details—window frames, door casings, base trim, chair frames, and plumbing fixtures—provide clean contrast. Natural stone accent walls appear in several rooms, adding texture against the otherwise smooth surfaces. One collaboration room features a bold green accent wall that energizes the space while keeping furnishings simple. Casework follows a consistent theme: dark gray shaker-style doors and drawers with straight black pulls, topped by white solid-surface counters and paired with matte black faucets. Large, low-profile LED ceiling panels keep sightlines clear and light levels high.
Craft & Details
Fit and finish are evident across the photos. Ceiling grid lines are straight and square, with lighting and access panels set flush for a tidy plane overhead. Wall paint lines meet black door frames and window mullions cleanly, and the stone accent walls are neatly terminated at adjoining drywall with true edges. In the conference room with audiovisual equipment, the screen mount and camera bar sit level and centered, with minimal exposed cabling and a wall-mounted control pad placed within easy reach.
Flooring transitions are tight and well planned—carpet tile stops cleanly at the lighter plank flooring at entries and in the kitchenette, avoiding gaps or height mismatches. The kitchenette and restroom cabinetry shows consistent reveals, aligned hardware, and smooth drawer and door faces. Countertops meet walls with straight, even backsplashes, and plumbing trim is set square to the fixtures. At the windows, long sills are uninterrupted and accommodate plants without crowding trim, reinforcing a continuous line of daylight around the perimeter offices.
Care & Next Steps
- Carpet tile: Vacuum regularly and spot-clean spills promptly with a pH‑neutral cleaner; rotate heavily used chairs to even out wear.
- Luxury vinyl plank (LVP): Dry mop daily and damp mop as needed with manufacturer-recommended cleaner; avoid abrasive pads.
- Solid-surface counters: Wipe with mild soap and water; use non‑abrasive pads for scuffs. Always use trivets for hot items in the kitchenette.
- Painted walls & accent colors: Dust periodically; touch up with matching finish to keep edges crisp.
- Glass & windows: Clean with non‑ammonia glass cleaner to maintain clear outdoor views and reduce streaking.
- Hardware & fixtures: Check pulls and hinges periodically for tightness; clean black faucets and handles with soft cloths to preserve the matte finish.
- Lighting & ceilings: Replace LED panels only with like-for-like color temperature to keep consistent light quality across rooms.
